Analyzes workloads and determines the correct allocation of resources to different work cells in conjunction with supervisors to achieve set unit goals.- Periodically reviews the different performance indicators and makes the necessary adjustments to comply with them and prepares production reports in accordance with the established form and/or parameters.- In coordination with the Supervisors and Leads of the area, check the conditions of the equipment and machinery, attending to any anomaly, either personally or through the Equipment Maintenance area.- Directs daily production meetings in his area with multidisciplinary teams, as well as attends to escalations resulting from unresolved problems.- Analyze nonconforming parts to determine cause and suggest solutions.- Frequently supervises in the system that the entry of the product is done correctly, ensuring that the quantities manufactured are equal to the quantities required in the order, in the same way, he ensures the protection of the pieces and the packaging method.- Ensures compliance with procedures, standards and specifications established in the quality management system.- Maintains a safe work environment in his department, through the prevention and care of occupational accidents and illnesses among his subordinate personnel, verifying that the correct personal safety equipment is used (glasses, belt, etc.) always during the day as appropriate, as well as ensuring that its staff is properly trained in safety, hygiene, and environmental issues**Qualifications**:- B.S. Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or related field.- At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position- Knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel- Experience in handling Lean manufacturing tools (Value Stream Mapping, 5s, Kanban, SMED)- Bilingual English/Spanish desire- Collaborate and promote teamwork- Focus on Continuous Improvement- Focus on Security.
