Apply now Learn more: Role: Permanent Contact: Alfredo Laferte, Talent Attraction Expert Business Partner Purpose of the role Support the FSF Business Partner function within the organization by ensuring the effective implementation of People & Culture initiatives, policies, and processes. The role contributes to driving employee engagement, capability development, and organizational performance while aligning with JTI's business objectives and values. Areas of responsibility Talent Acquisition Conducts recruitment efforts for all personnel, including temporary employees, interns, and others as assigned. Coordinates the use of external agencies and ensures that recruitment processes are aligned with company policies and standards. Employee Data Accuracy Ensures accuracy of employee data, including new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations, in all systems. Guarantees that all required documentation is properly filed and stored in compliance with corporate standards. Pre-Payroll Provides, coordinates, and consolidates payroll information to ensure accuracy of data and timely submission to the payroll team. Ensures consistency between HR systems and payroll reports. Labor Relations Provides employee relations support and ensures alignment with company culture, values, and local legislation. Participates in conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Projects and Initiatives Actively participates in People & Culture projects, local and global initiatives, and process improvements. Collaborates with other team members to support the implementation of P&C strategies within the organization. Compliance and Reporting Supports compliance with corporate policies and local regulations. Ensures timely completion of audits, reports, and data requests related to P&C activities. Employee Experience and Engagement Supports initiatives that promote employee engagement and enhance workplace culture, ensuring consistent communication and transparency across all levels of the organization. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree (BA) in a relevant field. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources and at least 2 years as a Business Partner, preferably in FMCG companies or Distribution Centers. Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Technical knowledge: Pre-payroll, Talent Attraction, Employee Relations, and Mexican Labor Law. Digital proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office tools. Customer Focus, Process Oriented, Problem Solving, Organized.
