Specific Functions:- Support JKA program.- Perform daily reports production- Inventories material.- Having constant communication talks with his staff.- Inform the manager of any anormaly of mishap during his turn.- Ensured that all his personnel its certificate in their respective operation is ensured.- Ensures that no misuse of materials, tools or equipment.- Review and good inventory control.- Communication with the supervisor of the next shift, to establish effective communication.- Continuous improvement.- Ensure the proper use of equipment and machinery.- Coordination staff to avoid down time.- Run the MRP in SAP on a daily basis.- Analyze and interpret the messages generated by the MRP.- Execute them strategically (Planned, Created and Released), maintaining a continuous flow and load balancing in the production lines per day, taking into account the availability of components, raw materials and sub-assemblies in inventory.- Based on the orders released in the MRP.- Create a weekly production plan and communicate it to the production leaders and Supervisors for its correct execution.- Monitoring and measurement of adherence to the daily plan in their assigned production lines.- Communication of the results in the established daily meetings.- Daily communication with buyers to review the status of critical components, arrival and expedited dates.- Respond and update status in the C360 customer service tool.- Continuous communication with the Customer Service Departments to confirm shipment dates, order status, shipping plans or any situation related to customer orders.- Rescheduling or Cancellation of overdue production orders that were not fulfilled in the week in order to keep the system clean.- Filling out the past due report (late customer orders).- Comply with the procedures, work instructions and work regulations of the different management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16946, CTPAT, OEA and those registered by the company) Incumbent in accordance with the established manuals and guarantee compliance with legal records, quality regulations, environment, health and safety, OEA, CTPAT, etc. That fall within the company.Education and computer skills:- Knowledge excel Knowledge power point Bachelor's degreeLabor Expertise:- Experience in the position 3 yearsTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernesPrestaciones:- Caja de ahorro- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Servicio de comedor con descuento- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidadPregunta(s) de postulación:- Podra sostener una entrevista totalmente en Ingles?- Ha trabajado en el Ramo Automotriz?Experiência:- Supervisor de Planeacion: 3 años (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
