**Mechanical Manufacturing Quality Engineer** experiência en el sector automotriz, orientado a resultados y con capacidad para asegurar la calidad del producto durante las fases de desarrollo y producción.Será responsable de garantizar que los procesos cumplan con los estándares del cliente, los requerimientos regulatorios y las normas de calidad de la organización.**Requisitos**:- **Escolaridad**: Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería en Manufactura, Gestión de Calidad o carrera afín.- **Certificaciones**: Capacitación comprobable en **ISO 9001** e **IATF 16949**, así como conocimientos en metodologías de calidad automotriz.- **Experiência**: Mínimo **3 años**en aseguramiento de calidad o calidad en procesos de manufactura, preferentemente en la industria automotriz.- **Inglés intermedio-avanzado indispensable**(capacidad para comunicarse con clientes y corporativo).**Habilidades técnicas**:- Participar en la **planeación de la calidad de nuevos proyectos (APQP, FMEA, Plan de Control)**.- Coordinar la **validación de muestras iniciales y PPAP** para aprobación del cliente.- Realizar **análisis de capacidad de proceso (Cp, Cpk)** y **estudios MSA**.- Monitorear la calidad en producción y liderar acciones correctivas mediante **8D, metodología de los 5 Porqués y diagrama Ishikawa**.- Atender **reclamos de cliente**, auditorías internas/externas y coordinar acciones con proveedores.- Promover la **mejora continua** y el uso de herramientas de calidad en planta.**Competencias personales**:- Liderazgo y trabajo en equipo.- Comunicación efectiva y organización.- Pensamiento analítico y toma de decisiones.- Planeación y ejecución en condiciones de arranque.**Ofrecemos**:- Desarrollo profesional- **Sueldo competitivo** acorde a experiência y perfil.- Entorno laboral dinámico y colaborativo.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
