Job Title: Planner Buyer (Engineer)Experience: 2-4 YearsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical EngineeringLocation: Manzaneros 1918 Col, Sandra Lucía, 32530 Juárez, Chih., MexicoJob Summary:Key Responsibilities:Source and evaluate global suppliers to ensure best cost, quality, and delivery performanceNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliersReview engineering drawings and specifications to determine procurement needsManage procurement process from RFQ to purchase order issuance and delivery trackingCollaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to meet project timelinesMonitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions as neededMaintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policiesIdentify and execute cost-saving opportunitiesEnsure timely delivery of materials to avoid production delaysSupport new product introductions and localization of parts**Requirements**:Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field2-4 years of experience in procurement, global sourcing, or supply chainStrong negotiation and supplier management skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsFamiliarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.)Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong communication skills in English and SpanishDetail-oriented and well-organizedAbility to work independently and in cross-functional teamsKnowledge of international trade regulations is a plus**Benefits**:Competitive salaryHealth and dental insuranceProfessional development opportunitiesPaid time off and holidaysMultinational team and global exposurePay: $9,500.00 - $15,000.00 per month
