If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience.Your ideas are our fuel.**In your role, you will**:- Coordinate input from functions, use expertise to cost the overall assumptions and generate VROMs for rec and non rec of potential transfers- Manage and deliver on time, complex projects /activities related to major milestones for one of many existing and/or new platforms- Manage cross-functional teams in the establishment of scope, schedule and budget of execution of industrialization projects- Lead and coordinate planning, ensuring completeness and harmonization with stakeholders- Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices /Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in projects activities- Work with technical experts, business leaders, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure adherence and compliance of projects scope, schedule and budget- Manage and establish /methods related priorities between projects and activities, complete strategic schedule analysis, communicate and harmonize priorities- Identify / report on risks and lead risk mitigation planning and execution- Coordinate Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT) cross-functional reviews- Engineering degree, or relevant diploma with equivalent working experience, with 8-10 years in project management or aerospace- advanced knowledge of Project Management processes and principles, PMP certification is an asset- aircraft technical and/or manufacturing experience- experience in structural and / or systems installation process would be an asset.- professional attitude and superior communication skills- excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities- natural leadership and pro-active attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities- self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented- ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment- effective problem-solving skills, good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets- good computing skills;MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an assetBombardier Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer with a non-discrimination policy.Your ideas move people.**Job** Analyst Sr, Program / Project Control**Primary Location** Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Organization **Aerospace Mexico (B.A.M)**Shift****Employee Status** Regular
