Together, let’s create the extraordinaryJob Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Operations Supervisor located in Guadalajara, South Campus.- Reporting to the Production Manager, the Operations Supervisor role involves working responsible for effectively managing all strategic operational processes and resources and leading an organization in order to achieve and maintain operational excellence.- What a typical day looks like:- Coordinate efforts of operations team by establishing procurement, production and engineering services policies and practices.- Supervise production staff on work method and quality checkpoints.- Manage appropriate staffing and inventory levels.- Oversee the assembly operations to meet corporate KOI.- Report to leadership team in weekly operations reviews.- Train staff to use automated systems, introduce new versions or features, troubleshoot problems, and attend meetings.- Inventory management on production floors (WO)- Preparation of Metrics and Reports.- Experience we’re looking to add to our team:- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.- Experience in similar position in electronic manufacturing environment.- Experience in High Volume.- Knowledge in SMT, PTH process.- Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.- Management of production plan and monitoring H by H.- Personnel Management.- Excel intermediate- Schedule availability.- Experience in Power BI.- Knowledge in Baan, SAP or similar.- What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.- GM101Job CategoryOperations**Required Skills**:Optional Skills:At Flex, we believe in the power of diversity and inclusion and know there is much more to a great employee than just a list of requirements - if you are excited about a role (but don’t meet every bullet-point), we encourage you to apply.
