100% Remote - Mexico | **Only Mexican Citizens**We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Salesforce Support Engineer** to join our team and help maintain, optimize, and evolve our Salesforce environment. If you're passionate about the Salesforce ecosystem, enjoy problem-solving, and thrive in dynamic environments — this role is for you.**What You’ll Be Doing**:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions, improve performance, and resolve technical challenges.Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce components.Support system integrations using APIs and middleware tools.Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.**What You Bring**:**Education & Background**:Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.**Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integration tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working independently and managing multiple tasks.Familiarity with Java is a plus.**Certifications**:Salesforce AdministratorSalesforce Platform Developer I (required)**Bonus Points For**:Experience in Finance or FinTech industries.Salesforce Platform Developer II certification.Working knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps in Salesforce environments.**Soft Skills**:Self-motivated and self-directed.Strong communicator with the ability to build consensus and work collaboratively.Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
