We’re looking for a **Quality Technician** to join our **Outdoor Quality Team** in **Monterrey**.As a Quality Technician you’ll be responsible for **help to monitoring the product quality and process quality. First contact on production cell lines to resolves problems. Owner on corrective actions implementation to maintain on goal quality metrics stablished on CLS (FPY, SCRAP, Rework).**We’re on the lookout for forward-thinking innovators with a passion for sustainability. If you match this description, get in touch**What you’ll do**- **Ensure ISO Procedures compliance.**:- Ensure the development, implementation and compliance with the containment and corrective actions derived from customer complaints and to maintain the metrics established within the Goals ( FPY, SCRAP, REWORK, PPM, QN, Process Audit)- Develop, up date and improve on Quality documentation (CP, Forms, Visual aids, Quality Alert, CTQ, PPAP)- Quality meeting to communicate Quality Metrics to production team.- Lean projects, support and execution based on annual program for cost savings.- RMA process, ensure compliance on time.- PILOT Run, support 100%, validation of Picks and validation of the new product, develop final report.- PDR, deliver PDR on production cells.- Production lines support- Chances validation / new materials validation by assy.- Requisitions / MRO**Your qualifications**- New graduate - 2 year of experience- **Bachelor's or equivalent education in a Technical Degree**:- **Good level of English, talk-write-read**:- **Handling of Sofware**:- **SAP knowledge desirable**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: A partir de $12,000.00 al mesHorario:- RotativoEducación:- Técnico superior terminado (Deseable)Idioma:- Advanced English (Deseable)
