As a **Line Leader**, you will by responsible for fulfillment of the production program, leading the work group under his responsibility, according to the safety, efficiency and quality policies established by the company and customers, with the highest quality standards**Key Responsibilities**:- Start and stop the line in compliance with the safety standards established by our company.- Expedite and follow up on the quality system.- Coordinate and assign daily activities to the personnel under his charge.- Compliance with Key Performance Indicators and their improvement.- Supervise and evaluate the performance of team members through the company's software.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or industrial engineering with at least three years of validated experience in a similar position.- Basic knowledge in Excel, Power Pointin, basic tools such as IATF and participation in IATF audits.
