**Overview****Key Responsibilities**B2B Sales & U.S. Market Development- Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B sales opportunities primarily within the U.S. market- Execute outbound and inbound sales activities, including prospecting, discovery calls, and appointment setting- Build and maintain relationships with U.S.based decision-makers and key stakeholders- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with U.S. market dynamics and buyer behaviorTeam Leadership- Onboard, train, and manage Business Development Assistants- Coach BDAs on B2B prospecting, lead qualification, and professional sales communication- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs; conduct regular performance reviewsCRM & Sales Operations- Own and maintain accurate sales pipelines in Salesforce CRM- Ensure consistent CRM usage, data integrity, reporting, and forecasting- Utilize ZoomInfo (or similar tools) to identify decision-makers and target companies- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics- Refine messaging, cadence, and segmentation to improve engagement and conversion- Track, analyze, and report campaign performanceReporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration- Deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance insights to senior leadership- Collaborate with marketing, proposal teams, and leadership to align messaging, targets, and strategy**Required Qualifications**- Minimum 5 years of combined experience in B2B direct sales and sales management- Proven ability to meet or exceed B2B sales targets- Experience recruiting, training, and managing sales or business development teams- Strong proficiency with Salesforce CRM (pipeline management, dashboards, reporting)- Experience using ZoomInfo or similar B2B sales intelligence platforms- Fluent English (spoken and written), with the ability to conduct professional sales conversations with U.S. clientsPreferred Qualifications- Experience selling into the U.S. market from a nearshore or international location- Background in inside sales, lead generation, or outbound B2B sales teams- Familiarity with U.S. business culture and sales cycles- Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing preferred**Key Competencies**- Strong leadership and coaching skills- Results-driven, analytical, and highly organized- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English- High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity**What We Offer**- Competitive compensation package- Opportunity to lead and scale a growing B2B sales function- Direct exposure to the U.S. market and collaboration with senior leadership- A dynamic, performance-oriented work environment- Inter-Con Security Systems, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer - Disability/Veteran._Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
