Descripción y detalle de las actividades**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:- Oversee that the activities of the area are carried out in accordance with the provisions of the operating procedures and in strict compliance with the current regulations governing Mexican foreign trade (Customs Law, Foreign Trade Law, General Import and Export Tax Law and other applicable regulations in this area), in addition to corporate compliance with foreign trade policies and procedures.- Coordinate daily crossings with the Finished Product Warehouse, ensuring that import and export procedures have the correct invoices.- Supervise the correct tariff classification of inputs, finished products and fixed assets made by the customs agent.- Audit the information contained in the Global Trade database system, to reconcile information related to inventory control, virtual inventories and resolve discrepancies when they arise.- Hold meetings and facilitate trainings on Customs and Compliance topics.Experiência y requisitos**For This Role, You Will Need**:- B.A. or equivalent experience International Business, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration with concentration in International Business- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on several projects in parallel in a fast-paced environment.- Interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal skills to facilitate effective communication, in English and Spanish.- A thorough understanding of all relevant Mexican customs laws, regulations, and procedures is paramount.
