Last, but not least, Nortal is an agile company with low hierarchy - meaning heavy on common sense, light on rules, and substance is more important than titles**Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with globally distributed teams.- Articulates the high-level business value on projects.- Creates and maintains documentation of APIs and technical user stories.- Approve technical concepts of realizations.- Knows and can explain ways to automate documentation generation.- Run an agile Scrum or Kanban process for a team when needed.- Coordinate evaluation of tools and frameworks for the engineering team- Analyze and understand flows and end-to-end interactions for a distributed system.Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant experience.- Good **communication skills** (spoken and written) with fluent English as essential.- Proficient knowledge of **Node.js, JavaScript and TypeScript.**:- Understands different types of **programming methodologies** (functional vs. object-oriented, imperative vs. declarative) and scenarios where each would be applicable.- Optimizes** SQL schemas** and understands NoSQL solutions and trade-offs involved.- Proficient in using **version control systems**, preferably Git.- Proficient and capable of introducing and setup **CD and DevSecOps** practices.- Understands and implements **performance and security testing** practices.
