Join us in our mission to transform the power of diagnostics into a healthier future for all.The Responsibilities- Schedules and performs periodic maintenance, installation, repair and modification of equipment within assigned areas of responsibility. Is responsible to maintain all equipment and systems to attain designated product performance metrics.- Maintains all records in accordance with regulatory requirements. This includes following the defined Complaint Handling Procedures relative to complaint identification, documentation, resolution, and escalation.- Responsible for maintaining and managing all assigned company assets that may include but are not limited to: tools, parts inventory, company vehicle, computer & accessories.- Conducts technical training and product briefing with customers, vendors and company representatives as needed.- Supports sales partners efforts to attain business objectives.- Determine technical solution in accordance with product and customer specifications, and recommends actions to company or customer representatives for coordinated product solution.- Conducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to product in accordance with customer specifications and implementations.- Manage all territory responsibilities including preventive maintenance & upgrades including software & hardware.- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.The Individual- Professional degree: BS degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronic / Mechatronic, Biomedical, or related field.- Minimum of three (3) years experience as a Field Service Engineer.- English proficiency.- Travel 50%The Work Environment- This position requires the individual to provide service support in the hospital/clinical laboratory environment.LI-Remote
