Our lemma: "work smart and play hard"Our technology partners are Hashicorp, Cloudbees, Chef, Pagerduty, Docker, SAP and Google Cloud.We're looking for a** JIRA Developer/Admin****Location: Remote Mexico - working on EST time zone****Qualifications we are looking for**:- **3+ years of experience working on JIRA Service Desk only (JIRA Cloud solution)**:- **Able to develop/modify forms/requests** including using existing plug ins and creating if necessary custom fields and preset filters (already in place in the current solution)- Able to develop workflows including automatic assignment based on the status of the workflow associated to the preset filters (already in place in the current solution)- No custom plug ins to be developed, only using existing ones- **Able to create views and dashboards **and share to Finance team- Able to send to Power BI link for Finance people to create indicators in Power BI- Make reviews on very regular basis with the Finance team (minimum 2 times a week) using the existing JIRA solution that needs to be improved with new requests forms or other changes- Make trainings to Finance people after the improvement in Jira Cloud is madeFueled by strategic investment in technology and innovation, Client Technology seeks to drive growth opportunities and solve complex business problems for our clients through building a robust platform for business and powerful product engine that are vital to innovation at scale.
