You’ll drive delivery excellence, establish effective workflows, and ensure projects run smoothly across financial, operational, and cross-functional dimensions. This role offers meaningful influence on team development, process maturity, and customer success in a collaborative, high-growth environment. WHAT YOU WILL DO Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. Develop and manage project estimates and budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved. Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise. Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines. Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation through closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. MUST HAVES A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management. Experience as a delivery manager. Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions. Experience managing external clients. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills. NICE TO HAVES Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field. Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers. Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes. High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail. Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders. Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
