Position Title: Finance AnalystLocation: Acuña, Coahuila- Production Settlement Report (monthly)- Prepare forecast of air, land and sea freight- Review weekly expenses of Mexican and American financial entities.- Prepare direct labor forecast- Prepare overhead forecast- Review and certify the monthly reconciliation in Blackline balance accounts- Review the Past Due of GR without IR- Calculate and monitor PEAK indicators (Overtime, Scrap, MRO Expenses)- Support in coordinating internal controls and improvements to the department- Review REPSE Compliance and stop payments and require legal documentation- Review P-card expenses of users in billing issues- Review Open PO Delivery date- Estimate and analyze weekly and monthly efficiency- Registration and analysis of open positions of direct and indirect personnel- Analysis of payments of fiscal invoices, adding payment complements and bank receipts- Analysis of variances vs Budget- Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Management, or related careers- Minimum experience of 2 years in economic / administrative areas.- Experience in topics related to payroll.- Solid training in mathematics and statistics- Advanced English**Knowledge and skills**:- Advanced Excel- SAP System Management- Analysis capacity- Able to make executive presentations.- TeamworkNewell Brands (NASDAQ: NWL) is a leading global consumer goods company with a strong portfolio of well-known brands, including Rubbermaid, Sharpie, Graco, Coleman, Rubbermaid Commercial Products, Yankee Candle, Paper Mate, FoodSaver, Dymo, EXPO, Elmer’s, Oster, NUK, Spontex and Campingaz.
