Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with established policies and objectives.**Duties**:1. Provides support for various functions - Materials, Planning, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing and Service - in resolving engineering problems related to products.2. Support functions include investigating problems, testing when required, preparing and processing Engineering Change Authorizations, reviewing Discrepant Material Reports, Device Master Records, and Vendor Variation Request and providing floor support.3. Responsible of the CAPEX Plan.4. Responsible of well management of the Annual Expenses budget.5. Responsible of the CIP per Pfam6. Responsible of the BOMs, Routings and Pdroduct structues of all Pfam7. Responsible of KE Shingijutsu Projects assigned8. Responsible of HC revisions, upgrades promotions and adjustments in the Engineering Staffing.9. Responsible of the Training and Certifications required for Engineering Staffing, Technical and Operative Requirements.**Education**:- Bilingual- Bachelor’s Degree Mechanical, Industrial, or related- Lean Manufacturing Certification or related Preferred- MBA Degree Preferred- PM Certification Preferred**Experience knowledge & skills**1. Over 10 year's experience in engineering with progressively more responsibility.2. Over 5 year's of experience managing Engineering Staffing.3. Demonstrated Experience coordinating Multidisiplinary Teams corporate wide.4. Demonstrated experience leading teams of Design, Product, Manufacturing and Project engineering areas.5. Demonstrated technical knowledge and experience in fabrication areas and pressure welding as well as assembly processes, etc.6.
