Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation**Responsibilities**:**Enterpirse Solutions Assoc Manager****What will you be doing?**This role will be responsible for providing ChaRM/Retrofit support and enabling approved functionalities for the PGT SAP solutionQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Provide Change and Transport Management input andknowledge to Release Management, Basis, Security,Upgrade teams and Change owners- Communication to all stakeholders/Change Owners- Maintain ChaRM/Retrofit Config- Create & update project solution documents (FSDs,diagrams, test plans, etc.)- Work with ABAP resources to align technical specificationsto functional requirements- Adheres to PepsiCo’s controls, processes and standards- Get guidance from global teams for standards and direction- Provides outstanding customer service to direct andindirect change owners**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs
