Because why not do it all?**What To Expect**As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team.Located in Toluca for FP plant, you will be responsible for performing and completing various accounting functions including coordinating with the Engineering and Operations Departments to ensure cost operations are accurate and up to date.**Key Responsibilities (To Name A Few)**:- Monthly reporting requests to site leaders.- Work with Gates affiliate partners.- Support financial and operations management reporting, including but not limited to the following activities: booking substantial journal entries, performing ad-hoc analysis, reconciliations and reporting as requested based on needs.- Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts. Collects supporting documentation in compliance with Gates controls and submits for review and approval.- Resolves reconciling items within a reasonable timeframe and prepares data for balance sheet review processes.- Cash handling, bank check printing.- Payment process to suppliers and taxes.- Participate in audits and prepare the information.- Participate in special projects as assigned.**Required Skills**:- Keeps self-control in hard situations.- Strong Communication skills- Problems Solving and decision making.- Costumer focus (internal and external)- Negotiation skills- Creativity, proactivity, and teamwork.- Problems Solving process.- Exceptional attention to internal and external customer requests- Negotiation skills**Why Gates?**Founded in 1911 in Denver, Colorado, Gates is publicly traded on the NYSE.
