Reportando directamente al Gerente del área, esta pasantía ofrece una valiosa experiência práctica en proporcionar soporte de IT a los usuarios finales.Tareas diarias:- Proporcionar soporte de IT a usuarios bajo la orientación de profesionales de IT experimentados.- Ayudar en la resolución de problemas de hardware y software para garantizar el funcionamiento fluido de los sistemas de escritorio.- Colaborar con el equipo de IT para abordar las preocupaciones de los usuarios y resolver problemas técnicos de manera eficiente.- Comunicarse eficazmente con los usuarios, proporcionando instrucciones claras y orientación para la resolución de problemas.- Ayudar en el mantenimiento del inventario de IT y la documentación relacionada con las actividades de soporte de escritorio.- Participar en reuniones de equipo y contribuir ideas para mejorar los procesos de prestación de servicios de IT.- Apoyar diversos proyectos e iniciativas de IT según sea necesario, obteniendo exposición a diferentes aspectos de las operaciones de IT.**Requisitos**:- Actualmente matriculado en un programa de grado relevante, como Ciencias de la Computación, Tecnología de la Información o un campo relacionado.- Fuerte comunicación (con el cliente, equipo, gerencia y habilidades sólidas de atención al cliente (tanto verbales como escritas).- Comprensión básica de hardware, software y sistemas operativos de escritorio.- Capacidad para trabajar bien en un entorno de equipo y colaborar eficazmente con colegas.- Deseo de aprender y adaptarse a nuevas tecnologías y procesos.- Actitud proactiva hacia la resolución de problemas y la solución de problemas.**How We Get Things Done****The Legal Bits
