Occupational Health Physician Coordinator

Visión general:**Responsabilidades**:The plant physician is responsible for monitoring the health of employees in accordance with the requirements of federal labor law, as well as contributing to improvements in operations to achieve positive impacts on the health of our employees, in addition to guarantee legal compliance and confidentiality of medical information.- Medical exams for all the employees.- Compliance of all the EHS regulations applicable for medical services and plant.- Develop the health programs.- Lead the critical to health programs: Ergonomic, heat, noise and dust programs.- Attend government inspections- Manage the nurses and develope the health program across the plant.- Create the plans and follow up employees with chronic illness.Manage the KPIs and develop programs to migrate the high risks in plantRequisitios:- Education: Physician specialist in occupational health.- Experiencie: 3 years of experience in ergonomic, government regulation on health, occupational health or hygiene studies.- Ergonomic certificationEEO Statement:Declaración de Igualdad de Oportunidades de Empleo: AS Maquila México S. de R.L. de C.V. y American Standard B&K México, son empleadores que ofrecen igualdad de oportunidades.
