We are seeking a versatile Sr. Technical Program Manager to act as an integral part of the product development process, overseeing the SDLC aspects of product development including planning, tracking, sequencing and on‑time delivery of each project within the program/initiative. What You'll Own Manage SaaS product project lifecycles of various size and complexity from design to release Provide program leadership, anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate risks and quantify the impact of making trade‑offs Support product partners on aligning product roadmaps and priorities to ensure timely delivery of program/initiative goals Manage program scope, schedule (Project Plans), resources and risks Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalated to management as needed Perform continuous risk management to minimise project and program risks and provide recommendations to mitigate delays Produce and maintain project plans and monitor delivery, driving completion on time and within budget Develop measurable metrics to meet project/program goals Plan resource capacity for your projects in partnership with engineering leadership Identify and lead process improvements through observations and retrospectives Assist in growing the PMO, including process improvement, documentation, tooling, etc. What You Have Accomplished BS Degree with an understanding of mobile and web technology (high‑level knowledge of SDLC principles in these domains) 6+ years of program management experience delivering software development projects, including feature development timelines, resource management and process improvement Experience in a SaaS product environment (preferred) Experience working within a PMO department (desirable) Experience creating dashboards in Jira, writing queries using JQL (desirable) Experience driving projects from ideation to execution Project/Program management certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM, etc.) What You Bring to the Table High familiarity with enterprise project management systems and product road‑mapping tools (Confluence, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Portfolio, Visio, LucidCharts) Knowledge and experience of product roadmap and SDLC processes Familiarity with working on a portfolio of projects Ability to proactively identify, prioritise and drive resolution of project issues and risks Experience with waterfall & scrum methodology Experience in process improvement Extensive critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills (anticipating and resolving bottlenecks) Ability to collaborate with engineering and product leadership and work cross‑functionally between teams Proficiency in risk management across multiple projects Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accurate and clear reporting #J-18808-Ljbffr
