We seek professionals who share our vision of creating sustainable solutions that improve lives and protect the planet, today and for future generations.We are looking for your talent, join our team and start your journey today**SHORT DESCRIPTION**:Supervisión y control de las áreas de producción, administración del recurso Humano, coordinación y trabajo en equipo con los departamentos de soporte, enfocados al cumplimiento de las metas y objetivos fijados previamente por la gerencia de la empresa.**RESPONSABILITIES**:- Organización del personal directo en las áreas de trabajo de acuerdo a los requerimientos de producción, en base a las habilidades de los asociados.- Autorizar boletas y requisiciones de material y herramientas- Llevar el record de asistencia del personal directo y coordinar tiempo extra- Autorizar los permisos (salidas, ausentismo, vacaciones, pases de enfermería)- Realizar evaluaciones de desempeño de los asociados- Llevar el cumplimiento del reglamento interior y las reglas de seguridad- Llenar ordenes de trabajo de mantenimiento y solicitar el servicio cuando sea necesario- Coordinar actividades ajenas a la producción como lo son: retrabajos, limpieza, mantenimiento- Realizar periódicamente juntas de comunicación con el personal asociado.- Tomar decisiones necesarias para tratar de cumplir con los requerimientos de producción- Realizar constantes recorridos en las áreas de producción**REQUIREMENTS**:- Carrera Profesional en Ingeniería o Administración.- Administración de personal, alto sentido de disciplina, liderazgo y facilidad para toma de decisiones- Ingles 50%.- Conocimiento del ajuste y operación de todas las maquinas del área, amplio conocimiento del proceso de manufactura.- Experiência en el manejo de personal.- Experiência minina de 2 años en producción.**Our Commitment to Our People**Across the globe, we are united by a singular Purpose: Sustainability is no small ambition.
