Ven y sé parte de este viaje****BAT MEXICO ESTÁ BUSCANDO UN ACCOUNTING ANALYST****NIVEL DE SENIORIDAD**:No Gerencial**FUNCIÓN**: Finanzas**UBICACIÓN**:Monterrey**PROPÓSITO DE LA POSICIÓN**Esta posición pertenece al departamento de Finanzas.Esta persona será responsable por apoyar al departamento en temas de contaduría.**Reporta a**:Accounting Analyst**Nível de Reporte**:Gerencial**Foco Geográfico**:México**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES**- Apoyo a áreas funcionales con requisitos AD-HOC.- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Global Bussiness Services (GBS) para garantizar la puntualidad de los informes.- Compatibilidad con los requisitos SOX.- Responsable del proceso de facturas diversas y movimientos de activos fijos.- Apoyo a la plataforma de proveedores y comunicación con Stakeholders.- Realización de evaluaciones financieras para el Finance Lead Team.- Apoyo al equipo de tesorería con pagos por tarjetas de crédito y pagos urgentes.- Gestionar y colaborar con el equipo del mercado local.- Impulsar la estrategia financiera para el año en curso y el siguiente.**¿PODRÍA SER ESTE SU FUTURO PUESTO?**- ¿Tienes al menos un año de experiência en Finanzas o contaduría?- ¿Te interesa desarrollarte en una empresa dinámica y retadora?**EXPERIENCIA, HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS ESENCIALES**- Nível de inglés Avanzado - Conversacional.- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en Finanzas como profesional / Programas de Prácticas Financieras.- Licenciatura en Finanzas, Administración, contaduría o afín.- Capaz de comprender y analizar los impactos de las decisiones empresariales sobre los resultados financieros- Tener fuertes habilidades analíticas y numéricas- Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación, habilidades organizativas, capacidad para priorizar y poder trabajar con plazos ajustados.- Proactivo y dispuesto al desarrollo continuo.- Ser un individuo inspirador y atractivo capaz de influir en diferentes áreas.**BENEFICIOS**- **Competitivo paquete de compensación.**:- ** Grandes oportunidades de Desarrollo y crecimiento.****NOSOTROS SOMOS BAT**En BAT estamos comprometidos con nuestro propósito de crear un futuro mejor.
