At Cognizant, we promote an inclusive culture where we value different perspectives.**Job Summary****Hands-on experience of testing in Microservices Architecture.**Responsibilities**- Utilize test metrics and reporting to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- Implement and manage testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.- Perform manual end-to-end business process assurance to verify system integrity.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.- Document and report defects using Azure DevOps to facilitate resolution.- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product quality.- Develop and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and outcomes.- Adapt to new testing methodologies and tools to enhance testing efficiency.- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and practices.- Support the development team by providing detailed feedback on product performance.**Qualifications**- Demonstrate proficiency in Azure DevOps for defect management.- Exhibit experience in manual end-to-end business process assurance.- Have a basic understanding of programming to support testing activities.- Show domain knowledge in productivity and effectiveness customer experience and mobile app development.- Display excellent communication skills in English for effective collaboration.- Be familiar with web and mobility analytics to enhance testing strategies.**Certifications Required**ISTQB Certified Tester Agile Tester CertificationWhy Cognizant?A career in one of the largest and fastest growing IT services providers worldwide.Ongoing support and funding with training and development plans.Opportunity to work for leading global companies.Our work environment is diverse, collaborative and inclusive.
