As a **Human Resources Intern **at **Kellogg**. **You will be responsible of Supporting the human resources team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, managing information, documenting processes, and contributing with fresh new ideas of improvement.**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**In your role as **HR Intern**, you will be part of our success by:- Supporting Human Resources Processes such as: Talent Acquisition, Learning & development and Engagement- Improve initiatives- Contribute with the control and costs of the area- Be part of the Talent acquisition and recruitment process and consolidate information- Report and control processes**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in** Human Resources**, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:Required:- Student in Administration, Psychology, industrial engineering or related- Have at least one year of university left- Advanced English- Intermediate/advaced Excel- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.- Proactivity and Initiative- Nimble learning**WHAT ELSE DO I NEED TO KNOW?**- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.- Kellogg Company does not require any payment during the Recruiting process.
