This position ensures that all visitors receive a warm welcome and that their inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. The receptionist also performs various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office.Principal**Responsibilities**:- Greeting Visitors: Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Ensure that all visitors sign in and receive visitor badges.- Handling Calls: Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department. Take messages when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and managing office supplies. Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments.- Maintaining Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean and organized.- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers.
