With a comprehensive global footprint, we design, develop, manufacture and integrate an extensive range of driveline technologies for over 90% of the world’s car manufacturers.Role PurposeEfficiently manage the resources provided by the organization to ensure the development, manufacturing, and availability of tooling through coordination with production planning. Manage resources by monitoring KPIs to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards in alignment with organizational guidelines.Essential Competencies- Proficient in project management.- Expertise in manufacturing process standards.- Knowledge of personnel management and Lean Manufacturing.- Applies financial engineering in production processes.- Capable of teaching technical design.- Designs and uses databases effectively.- Utilizes teaching techniques.- Applies tooling manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing principles.- Proficient in supplier development techniques.- Capable of developing and teaching presetting techniques.- Employs practical problem-solving techniques.- Knowledgeable in personnel management.- Applies risk analysis techniques.- Utilizes key interaction skills.- Manages the PDP process.- Applies observation techniques.- Familiar with human resources processes.Key Responsibilities- Organize the necessary inputs for forging tooling manufacturing with high production standards, including benchmarking and implementing new technologies.- Coordinate tooling development and manufacturing.- Ensure the provision of tooling sets with the specifications and information needed to produce the first piece within standards.- Manage and promote the development of reporting personnel.- Oversee the tooling warehouse, manage engineering changes, and handle obsolete items.**Requirements**:- **Completed Engineering degree**(Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).- **5 years of experience**in Tool Shop, Manufacturing, or Presetting, preferably in the metal-mechanics industry.- **Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
