We invest in our people.****About the Role**We are expanding our Sales Talent Acquisition Team and looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager in Latin America.**Key Responsibilities**- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (contacting, pre-screening calls, interviews, practical tasks etc.)- Analyse the allocated region Talent Pool and strategize the best approach alongside with the Head of Sales Talent Acquisition- Ensure Employer Branding in the allocated region, track and propose local visibility branding and market approach- Align profile quality requirements with the Hiring Manager and assist him/ her in further steps- Prepare job offers and negotiate, and close the deals- Provide timely and quality input for reporting- Use internal systems: Workable (ATS) and BambooHR (HRMS)- KPI: 2-3 closings/ month**Qualifications**- 5+ years of experience in similar roles, sourcing sales/ business development profiles for the Brokerage, Investment & Wealth Management industry- Professional approach and experience to Talent Acquisition: understanding Talent Pool characteristics, employer and personal branding, KPI focused, tech-savvy, full cycle management of the process- Experience and success in hiring C-Level or sophisticated roles requiring Head-Hunting- Track-record of success in using social media recruitment tools- Independent, driven problem solver with outstanding negotiation skills- Self-disciplined, professional mature and dynamic, goal oriented- Motivated by succeeding in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment- Fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese**Personality / Mindset**- Integrity & loyalty- Team player with advanced communication and collaboration skills- A hands-on, can do attitude - always looking for solutions and thinkingout of the box- Overachiever mentality- Capability to work and succeed in the fast pace and ever-changing environment**We Offer**- Competitive salary & performance-based bonus programs- Corporate benefits- Truly inspiring culture, pleasant and informal work environment- Ongoing education & training programs- Opportunity to network and connect in the Corporate Events- Global career opportunities- Benefits/perks listed above may vary depending on the nature of your employment with the company and the country where you work
