Trabaja como English Language Mentor para Learnit Language Center- Trae un nuevo Learner a Learnit. Puedes conseguir alumnos a través de convencer gente que buscar clases o teachers de inglés en redes sociales, etc. Te proporcionaremos material explicativo sobre nuestro metodología y todo el apoyo que necesites para convencer a tus prospectos.- Da seguimiento y acompañamiento a tu Learner durante su proceso de aprendizaje, asegúrate que está feliz y avanzando. Es importante hacer monitoreo frecuente y comunicar con nosotros cualquier insatisfacción para atenderla antes de que el Learner se dé de baja. Contarás con todo nuestro apoyo y la infraestructura de Learnit para mantener satisfechos a tus Learners.- Ten una sesión de virtual o presencial de conversación y práctica con tu Learner una vez a la quincena. Esta te permitirá medir el ánimo de tu Learner así como su avance. Y le servirá mucho a tu Learner para practicar lo aprendido.- Cobras una de comisión de la mensualidad de tu alumno $700 pesos + comisión por la inscripción de tu alumno $700 pesos. Recibes comisión cada mes que continúa tu alumno en Learnit y paga su mensualidad. Si tu alumno se inscribe por trimestre, semestre o anualidad (tenemos distintas facilidades de pago para ello) cobras en un exhibición las comisiones correspondientes a los meses pagados por tu Learner. Por lo que si se inscribe un Learner tuyo por seis meses cobras 4900 pesos, por ejemplo.En Learnit ofrecemos un sistema de aprendizaje de inglés 100% flexible y 100% personalizado. Los alumnos puede acudir a tomar sus sesiones en un horario abierto de lunes a viernes de 7:00 a.m. a 9:00 p.m. y sábados de 9:00 a.m. a 2:00 p.m. Trabajan con un programa diseñado para que avancen a su ritmo con el acompañamiento en todo momento de nuestros English Learning Partners.
