Your insights will guide leadership decisions, ensure financial accuracy, and support strategic initiatives. This role offers high visibility with Commercial HVAC leadership and the opportunity to influence business strategy.**Key Responsibilities**:As a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you’ll be responsible for:- Developing and presenting monthly forecasts to leadership, explaining variances to prior forecasts, prior year, and plan, while articulating risks and opportunities.- Leading the development, preparation, and consolidation of the annual financial plan.- Partnering cross-functionally to ensure strategies align with forecast commitments, identifying gaps, and creating actionable assurance plans with measurable outcomes.- Ensuring timely and accurate monthly financial close in accordance with published calendars, including review, approval, and posting of transactions in local finance systems and HFM.- Reviewing and reconciling P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and supplemental data with the corporate HFM system.- Preparing and distributing daily book & ship reports and weekly orders & backlog reporting with commentary.**Requirements**:We are looking for people who are analytical, collaborative, and proactive.
