Job Description:Main responsibilities of the position:- Implement strategies that allows TGM team to achieve targest established for the Quality area- Supervise the Quality Engineering team to execute our TGM Strategic plan- Establish key metrics to evaluate the quality performance of the Quality Engineering team.- Assure that quality meetings are performed and are focused on strong root cause analysis and proper corrective & preventive plans- Establish an Internal Audits plan to evaluate processes- Coordinate and manage quality containments- Manage quarantineMain job-specific requirements / skills:- Strategic Quality Leadership skills like Problem Solving, Prioritazion of Tasks, Teamwork, Establish Communication channels- Establish defined Internal Audit Plan- Implement a Strategy to implement Control Plan CORE Tool for our processes- Guide the Quality team to embrace the Quality Management System- Embrace the Corporate Quality strategy of Close The LoopIf you are interested in an open position but feel you may not meet all the listed qualifications, we still encourage you to apply.Terex Overview:At Terex, we fully embrace the increasingly diverse world around us and strive to create an empowering and welcoming workplace culture.
