Local Unit & Position Description:**DNV - Energy Systems Region South Europe, Middle East Africa and Latin America** delivers services to the complete value chain in the electrical energy system and oil & gas and through the whole life cycle of energy investments. Looking for an **Intern - Project Controlling** to support the team.Together with the project controllers, business controllers and one Regional Finance & Performance Manager you will learn to monitoring, manage and maintaining complete and accurate records of projects of Energy Systems.The position will be based out of our DNV office in Mexico City, Mexico.**What You’ll Do**- Set-up, maintenance and monitoring/controlling of orders/projects in Oracle Finance- Archiving of project and subsidy documentation- Preparation and issuance invoices in system according to tax law requirements- Supporting bad debts collection- Produce and evaluate work in progress, review of status for invoicing- Review supplier’s invoices and allocate them to the corresponding project- Support and information: responsible for timely and correct supply of relevant data to Business Controllers, Project Controllers and Project ManagersPosition Qualifications:**What is Required**- Good communication skills and a strong team player with a proactive attitude- Students attending bachelor and master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or Accounting- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, outlook, etc.)- Excellent analytical skills- Strong written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills- Strong interpersonal skills:- Discipline- Multitask- Self-organized- Proactive- Detail oriented- Team oriented- Able to stablish good communication with internal and external clients- We conduct pre-employment background screening**Immigration-related employment benefits, for example visa sponsorship, are not available for this position****How We Do It**We Care, We Dare, We ShareOur mission is to safeguard life, property, and the environment.
