Job Title: Digital Transformation DirectorCore Position Requirements1. Educational Background- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field- Master's degree preferred (MBA, Operations Management, or Engineering Management)2. Professional Experience- Minimum 5 years of professional experience- At least 3 years in process excellence, digital transformation, or operational improvement roles- Proven track record of leading transformation projects3. Technical Skills- Strong understanding of data analytics and visualization tools- Experience with process mapping and optimization software- Familiarity with automation tools and concepts (RPA, workflow automation)4. Industry Knowledge- Experience working with cross-functional teams- Knowledge of digital transformation frameworks- Familiarity with global business operations and standards5. Soft Skills- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)- Advanced presentation and stakeholder management capabilities- Problem-solving and analytical thinking- Change management expertise- Cross-cultural communication competencySpecific Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Requirements1. Certification Requirements- Must have completed formal Black Belt certification from a recognized organization (ASQ, IASSC, or equivalent)- Minimum of 1-2 completed and verified Black Belt projects- Documentation of project savings/improvements (typically $250,000+ per project)2. Technical Proficiency- Advanced statistical analysis skills- Mastery of statistical software (Minitab, JMP, R, or similar)- Expertise in:- Design of Experiments (DOE)- Statistical Process Control (SPC)- Measurement System Analysis (MSA)- Regression Analysis- Hypothesis Testing- Process Capability Analysis- ANOVA (Analysis of Variance)3. Methodology Expertise- Deep understanding of DMAIC methodology- Advanced knowledge of Lean principles and tools- Experience with:- Value Stream Mapping- Kaizen Events- 5S Implementation- Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing)- FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)- Control Plans- Root Cause Analysis techniques4.
