Come be a part of this journey****BAT MEXICO IS LOOKING FOR A VAPOUR BRAND EXECUTIVE****SENIORITY LEVEL**:Junior Manager**FUNCTION**: Marketing - New Categories**LOCATION**:Monterrey, Mexico**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**As a Vapor Brand Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, development, and execution of strategies related to vapour pipeline in the cluster. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to ensure the efficient and effective management of vapor pipelines while aligning with broader organizational goals and category regulations.As a vapour brand executive, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of vapour pipeline and contribute to the organization's success in the dynamic category. So, we are looking for someone with a lot of drive, interested in learning, with a lot of passion and commitment. Being an organized person with great people skills, is crucial for this position.**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**- Implementing the global brand strategy, into a regional brand strategy.- Constant communication with the region to align our plans & portfolio, as well being able to receive all the category information and canalized it to our markets.- Organize the portfolio launches for LANCAR.- Ensure project readiness on time, in full.- Cycle plan tracking.- Trends seeker- Stay up to date on new digital trends and technologies to remain ahead of the curve.- Consumer insights.- Agency communication (Follow-up)**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**- Do you have brand portfolio management experience?- Are you proactive and passionate about commercial strategies?- Do you have a fluent English level?**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent qualifications.- 1-2 years of professional experience since graduation in portfolio management, marketing project management, commercial strategies, or related areas.- MS Office proficiency.- Advanced English.- Possess leadership traits proven through extra-curricular activities.- Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills.- Upbeat, self-motivated, highly adaptable, and able to work independently.- Strong analytical skills with drive and ambition.**BENEFICIAL**- Previous experience in FMCG.**WE ARE BAT**At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
