SAP Mexico Next Gen - Delivery Operations We are looking for recent university graduates who will join the SAP Mexico Next Gen – Delivery Operations program. This 24‑month, paid graduate role will support project delivery across North America, working closely with Project Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Program Managers. Location & Start Location: CDMX or Monterrey, Mexico • Expected start: January/February 2026 Mission and Goals Reduce the effects of internal complexity so that Services Sales and Delivery can focus on Customer Success. Increase Services Sales Productivity and Delivery Operations Accuracy. Key Responsibilities Assists with time entry consolidations and billing reconciliations. Coordinates project documentation and project creation in SAP systems. Maintains necessary master and transactional data supporting local and global project reporting. Works with consultants and project managers to ensure accuracy of project reporting. Captures project metrics and communicates them to appropriate SAP or customer team members. Learns SAP tools and systems. Participates in initial training to quickly learn targeted SAP technologies and methodologies. Monitors and controls project activities and deliverables using internal and external tracking tools. Manages revenue forecasting. Prepares weekly and monthly status reports. Develops processes and templates and establishes document control procedures. What You’ll Bring Recent graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Finance, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field. 0‑1 year of relevant work experience in a corporate environment (internships or recent employment). Prior educational or work experience involving project coordination and collaboration. Minimum 40 hours per week, fluent in English. Strong teamwork and independent work skills. Analytical, detail‑oriented, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to analyze, plan, and execute a variety of tasks, multitask, adapt to fast‑paced, dynamic environments, and solve problems.
