Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include accurately entering data, resolving problems quickly, managing documents, communicating with internal and external customers, seeking process improvement opportunities, and ensuring the seamless execution of a sub‑process. You will be a high‑performing member of the end‑to‑end process team that supports Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centers. Essential Responsible Areas Execute established operational processes within the business capability end‑to‑end process, following standardized procedures and guidelines. Ensure thoroughness and accuracy by spotting inconsistencies to produce accurate work. Work closely with team members to ensure seamless handoffs and collaboration throughout the process. Research issues, collect data, analyze information and root cause, and find resolution to discrepancies in a timely manner. Escalate issues as appropriate to different stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact in the execution of day‑to‑day tasks, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing analysis. Positively interact with team members and internal or external customers to provide high‑quality outcomes. Promote teamwork and personal accountability through strong collaboration, effective communication, and support in additional ad‑hoc project work. Take initiative to identify inefficiencies within processes and advocate for improved efficiency, performance, and quality. May participate in process improvement exercises. Adhere to organizational standards, maintain accurate records and documentation, and follow SOPs to ensure adherence to SOX and/or regulatory requirements (where applicable). Perform all other assignments related to the tasks above that the employer assigns. Business Capability Departments: Account to Report : Process accounting transactions – see associate accountant role. Customer to Cash : Accounts receivable, customer collections role – heavy external customer facing. Source to Pay : Accountants payable – process purchasing activities and payments to vendors. Internal customer facing role. Plan to Deliver : Supply chain processing activities. Hire to Retire : Employment processing activities. Position Requirements & Competencies Professional & Education Qualification Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field; equivalent work experience in the functional area may be substituted. Preferred job‑related experience in the functional area, not required. Skills Strong organizational skills, multi‑tasking, consistent accuracy, excellent customer service, effective communication, analysis, and problem‑solving. Quick to learn new tasks, develop skills, and adopt change. Advanced language skills, including fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge Preferred: SAP and/or JDE experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
