Position Overview McCormick is a leader in herbs, spices, seasonings, and condiments, and our team is growing with talented individuals who bring their unique flavor. We are hiring a Sr. Business Intelligence & Revenue Manager, Americas for our Hybrid workspace at the Mexico City office (3 days in the office, 2 days remote). The role provides analytical and strategic guidance on end‑to‑end company data, including internal and external customer/consumer business data, the Revenue Management function within the Americas region, and specific projects for Latin America. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of sell‑in, sell‑out, scan data, pricing, trade spending, and other relevant data sources. It involves KPI visualization, automation, tactical recommendations, and building a revenue management framework for pricing strategies, price pocket management, pack size, and discounting approaches to optimize NSV, profit, and market share. The position also includes strategic planning, IBP process, Quarterly Business Review support, and cross‑functional influence. Continuous process improvement of commercial reporting, including automation and tools. Facilitate and drive recommendations for portfolio roles, pricing, budget, commercial calendar, and LTP strategy. Develop, coach, mentor, and hire business intelligence resources. Translate industry and global best practices / consulting engagements into actionable insights. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. 8+ years of demonstrated ability to lead, analyze, interpret, and mobilize tactics and strategies within a commercial framework. 2+ years of people‑management or team‑leadership experience. Knowledge and understanding of data automation systems (Python, C++, SQL). Experience and deep understanding of PG or food industry (preferred). Strong capability in trade optimization, IBP, commercial planning, price optimization/analytics, and the ability to aggregate, assess, and draw commercial conclusions from data. Lead interdisciplinary teams and provide collaborative leadership. Ability to synthesize data across diverse data sets to drive a cohesive strategy. Strong written and verbal communications, including the ability to lead cross‑functional communication. Analytical and problem‑solving skills; experience in sales, finance, and marketing is ideal for statistical interpretation, strategy development, and commercial activation. Advanced or fluent English (spoken & written). Financial acumen – ability to assess financial information and make balanced commercial recommendations. Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master's in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Strong educational background and relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field. 8+ years of commercial analytics or planning experience. Previous pricing analytics or trade spend optimization work highly preferred. Presentation and persuasion skills. External interaction with customers (relatively low), consultants or share groups (moderate). Application Requirement Please submit your CV in English.
