Materials Test Engineer

Materials Test Engineer will be able to execute testing like:- Material Failure Analysis- Accelerated aging- Management of specialized analytical equipment- Performance tests for interior parts, under hood and under roof Component- Flammability Analysis- Corrosion tests- Thermogravimetric analysis- Material characterization- Mechanical tests on universal machines Preparation of samplethrough specialized and state-of-the-art equipment**Responsibilities**:- Prepare, develop & conduct diverse Basic - Intermediate materials testing- Prepare of formal written test reports- Report ADV (Analysis, Development and Validation) testing status through constant communication with customers- Support Quality Processes- Conduct laboratory best practices and safety standards- Create and update of Standard Work Instructions for all Materials Lab Activities- Participate in Problem Solving Teams- Analyze and interpret resulting data from tests.- Support and act on Safety Findings with Corrective and Preventive Actions- Respond to problems that may occur during testing- Propose, Lead and implement Continuous Improvement and Innovation Projects- Drive continuous improvement in the labs (prepare lessons learned and document them) keep quality in work per quality system and pursue standardization.Diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
