Responsibilities Design and implement automation workflows for provisioning and managing network devices, servers, and storage. Standardize configuration baselines and lead the transition to a foundational-first approach. Audit existing device configurations, identify gaps, and lead remediation efforts. Develop automation templates using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and NetBox. Ensure compliance and scalability through automated provisioning and configuration management. Automate compliance validation and drift detection mechanisms. Implement configuration management features, including version control and security hardening. Lead continuous improvement initiatives and update automation frameworks. Design and implement automation solutions using CI/CD and DevOps practices. Optimize build, test, and deployment pipelines for cloud and on-premises infrastructure. Mentor teams and share automation best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation initiatives with organizational goals. Document architectures, processes, and workflows. Present technical updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience. 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles with leadership experience. Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security. Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and configuration tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet. Preferred Skills Experience with large-scale enterprise automation. Knowledge of cloud networking, load balancers, hybrid cloud architectures. Familiarity with ITSM platforms and CMDB. Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
