Dedicated to sustainability and creating comfortable, healthier environments for our residential and commercial customers while reducing their carbon footprint, we lead the field in innovation with our cooling, heating, indoor air quality, and refrigeration systems.**Job Description**:Help to ensure that all plant information is generated and accounted for correctly to get an accurate view of the number of profits, as well as support in creating strategies to decrease and prevent losses**Responsibilities**:- Analize and understand variances between purchased materials vs standard cost.- Insurance the correct information in the BOMS.- Analize and understand production order variances.- Actively participate in closing month, forecast, and budget.- Manage accurate forecasting and reporting of scrap recovery.- Responsible for the inventory auditing and cycle counts.- May participate in the most complex cost accounting projects.- Investigate, analyze, and prepare financial information to support the financial department.- Experience on Fixed assets process, depreciation, amortization, useful life, and disposal.Qualifications:**Requirements**:Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, requires at least 5 years related experience, ability to lead and manage a team, must have excellent written and verbal skills, requires expertise with Microsoft Office and ERP system.
