Our continued success depends on itJob Description:Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Document and report defects, providing detailed information for developers to reproduce and fix issues.- Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage.- Participate in test planning and strategy meetings.- Verify fixes and perform regression testing to ensure issues are resolved.- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of test results and processes.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- 2-4 years of experience in manual software testing.- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.- Experience in writing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.- Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of SQL and database testing.- Understanding of Agile methodologies.- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).Soft Skills:- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.NOTE: This position is eligible for 100% remote working arrangements (may work from home/virtually 100%; may also work hybrid on-site/virtual as desired). #LI-Remote
