**Your Tasks**:As a key member of our team at Beiersdorf Mexico, your role will significantly impact the management of our supply chain. Through your analytical skills, you will identify trends and make informed recommendations that will enhance operational efficiency and mitigate risksKey Responsibilities Include- Optimizing stock levels at retail points to ensure maximum accuracy in demand forecasts, contributing to improved sales performance.- Serving as the primary contact for inventory management, you'll coordinate closely with clients to oversee inventory replenishment and supply chain effectiveness. Your role will be pivotal in developing high-quality partnerships that align with our supply chain vision.- Building and nurturing internal relationships across various teams, from demand planning to finance, to collaboratively manage inventory and account forecasts.- Driving the enhancement of CPFR programs for all automatic replenishment items, focusing on streamlining processes across the supply chain.- Collaborating with functional departments to innovate new tools and methodologies that elevate our forecasting and inventory management capabilities.- Making critical inventory-related decisions that balance the need for product availability with inventory cost management, all while engaging with clients and stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.- Establishing and maintaining a collaborative relationship with inventory management, replenishment teams, and clients, ensuring effective communication that maximizes product availability at store level while minimizing excess inventory.**Your Profile**:Essential Qualifications Include- At least 2 years of experience as a CPFR professional managing accounts for major retailers like Walmart.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, enabling you to handle extensive databases, along with experience in connecting databases, Power Pivot, Power Query, and DAX.- Deep understanding of retail information sources, particularly the Retail Link portal.- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills are essential for this role, demonstrating your ability to make data-driven decisions.- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of effectively presenting ideas and engaging in high-level discussions to drive results.- Independent decision-making ability to ensure effective responses to evolving business needs.- Experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies is highly desirable.- Fluent in English, with strong conversational and written communication skills.- A degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields is strongly valuedDesirable AttributesFamiliarity with Power BI for database management and dashboard creation, as well as a solid grasp of DAX syntax.At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin - and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin.
