As we expand our presence across various regions, we are seeking a talented and experienced District Manager to join our team and lead our retail operations to new heights.**Position Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:-Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the successful operation of all stores within the district. - Set and achieve sales targets, while maintaining profitability and controlling expenses.- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, provide feedback, and implement improvement initiatives.- Analyze sales and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a District Manager or similar role within the beauty industry.- Experience managing multiple stores simultaneously, with a minimum of 5 stores preferred.- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
