If you are an experienced professional ready to bring forward your ideas, then Danfoss gives you the freedom to do so.**Responsibilities**:Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.- As Program Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the program is running efficiently according to plans and budget - and that deliverables are aligned across other strategic programs.- You will lead the program management office.- The program management office will also deliver management presentations and monitor program budget.**Background & Skills**:- An academic degree in business or technology (or equivalent) combined with 4+ years of experience in leading corporate transformation programs is required.- The ability to run a global, complex corporate transformation program across multiple business segments and capabilities (business, IT, external partners).- Experience in running a program portfolio consisting of projects with different delivery methods (waterfall, agile, DevOps).- Outstanding communication skills and ability to connect the deliverables of the program to business and strategic goals.**Danfoss - Engineering Tomorrow**:At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
