SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) Location : Remote Introduction : We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our team. recherch position is crucial for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications as part of the Canvas migration initiative. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java scripting and API testing, with a passion for growth and development within our organization. As an SDET, youแทล role in enhancing our QA processes and driving quality improvements across our software systems. Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to understand business requirements and communicate potential risks or impacts related to software issues afore. Analyze test results to identify and report defects, adhering to best practices established by the team. Create and execute comprehensive test plans and scripts to accurately assess application quality. Develop, maintain, and enhance automation tests and framework libraries using Java and other languages such as Groovy and Kotlin to ensure software functionality and reliability. Perform API testing using tools like ht REST Assured, Microservices, and GraphQL to validate backend services. Conduct performance testing using the K6 tool to ensure software scalability and efficiency. Conduct basic UI testing preference user interactions, employing Dev Tools, CSS, HTML, and jQuery. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience Florida Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET পাছা or programming role.
