"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next: Latam Data Quality Analyst**Which is the main objective of this role?**- Work closely with key LATAM cross functional stakeholders (up to Lg2) to follow up Data Quality Strategy, new tools, rules creation and administration - Influence- Coordinate with LATAM Data Business Services & Business teams to remediate Data Errors. - Execute- Analyze Data Quality logs and share information with stakeholders. - Consult- Propose new solutions using existing tools to solve Business Needs - InfluenceQualifications:**What will you be doing?**- Degree (Bachelor) in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g. Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Business Intellignece, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering) with a strong theoretical background in coding, testing, customer service & statistical analysis techniques- 2 - 4 years of experience in a customer service role preferably in an IT environment- Deep knowledge of Data Quality Rules development and testing methodologies with strong background in both Qualitative & Quantitative methods- Horizon scanning and ability to implement in-house cutting edge Data Quality Rules- SAP-ERP (Data structure & MM Module) mapping vs legacy systems- Strong knowledge of SQL- ETLs- Alteryx- IISC (Informatica Suit)- IDQ (Informatica Suit)- IPC (Informatica Suit)- Excel- Highly analytical, motivated, self-driven- Strong communications and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities and projects at the same time**Who are we looking for?**- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information.- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organisation.- Good knowledge of statistical methods- Good presentation skills (written & verbal).- Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures.- Self-starter, self-motivating - very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.- Strong networker internally and externally- Intermediate level of English / Conversational desirable**What can you expect from us?**- Strong analytical skills - ability to interpret complex data and distil into useful and actionable information.- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and negotiate effectively across all levels and all functions of the organisation.- Good knowledge of statistical methods- Good presentation skills (written & verbal).- Cultural sensitivity/flexibility in responding to different cultures.- Self-starter, self-motivating - very high drive for results and able to deal with uncertainty and complexity.- Strong networker internally and externally- Intermediate level of English / Conversational desirable (B1)- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
