We work closely with the leading staffing trade associations, training, and research organizations to ensure we are knowledgeable of the latest industry trends and technologies.**Job Description** What we are looking for**:- Work with business stakeholders to understand, define, and/or improve business process and system flows for Oracle Cloud.- Support solution delivery lifecycle including detailing features and collaborating with IT developers, vendors, and implementation team.- Work as a functional SME working closely with business on understanding their needs and providing solutions working with technical team.- Create and maintain system architecture, data flow and other technical artifacts working closely with domain architects and other technology teams for existing and new solutions being implemented.- Provide training to end users and/or other IT personnel.- Involved with support activities for existing solutions, including regular business interactions, and facilitating delivery of improvements and bug fixes as required.- Ability to write functional specification documents pertaining to Oracle Cloud ERP Finance tasks.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience.- 6+ years of experience in IT or finance/accounting directly using Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP.- Sound knowledge of core Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP Finance modules - AP, Expenses, AHCS, GL, FA, AR, Advanced Collections..- 4+ years’ experience working with design and implementation of Oracle (Fusion) Cloud ERP financial modules. EPM is a plus.- Experience translating business needs into system requirements and configurations using ADO.- Good communication skills with any type of audience, internal (all levels)/external (to include vendors - Sales/Technology).- Experience in Lucid chart, Confluence, ADO.- Understanding of Incident Management processes, including Root Cause Analysis processes and documentation- Familiar with Agile methodologies and Project Management processes.- Hands on software development and/or implementation experience preferred.- Experience with writing test cases and performing UAT.- Experience of Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools preferred.- 4+ years of experience writing functional and/or technical requirements for software implementations.- Familiar with Active Directory, Security Groups and Service Accounts.- MS Azure and other cloud experience preferred.**Additional Information**All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
