**Tasks**:Manage and control the quality system, maintaining quality capability of production processes and make actions to improve it, to ensure that the product is produced according to customer specifications, to guarante sustainable quality on level of Focus Factory.To support the release of production lines in the TL (Test Line) and Be (Backend) areas, as well as the release of products to be manufactured, implementing visual aids, standard work instructions. Specific: Responsible to control, monitor and improve the quality indicators and metrics ( PPM's, KPI's). To collaborate in the implementation of the preventive, corrective and containment actions.**Qualifications**:- 5 years experience in Automotive Industry.- 5 years experience in Automotive Quality Standards.- 5 years experience in Backend Assemblies or similar.- 5 years experience in ECU (Electronic Control Unit) production.- Knowledge field:- Problem solving methods (FMEA, 5why, Ishikawa, 8D etc.)- Reading of technical drawings- Customer requirements- Measurement technology- English (fluent, spoken and written)- Handling of flow charts and control plan- KPI definition and reporting (FPY, 0 km/ppm etc.)VDA 6.3, 6.5- Safe launch process- Line release audit process- Coaching and mentoring skills- IATF 16949 requirements- Technical Analysis and Cleanliness methods- Communication and presentation skills- Quality and Project management tools- Six Sigma Green Belt certificate- IPC A-610 Acceptability of Electronic AssembliesJ-STD-001 Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies- IPC 7711 / 7721 Rework, Modification and Repair of Electronic Assemblies- Design Of Experiments (DOE)CN / TST**About us**:The Autonomous Mobility and Safety Business Area integrates safety technologies and controls vehicle dynamics to ensure safe and comfortable driving.
